Your cloud is full of warnings.
One of them is a real way in.

We find the route an attacker could actually take through your cloud, and the single change that closes it.

The problem

Every tool gives you this.

  • HIGHStorage bucket is public
  • HIGHServer reachable from the internet
  • MEDLogging is switched off
  • HIGHAccount has too much access
  • MEDBackups are not encrypted
  • and three hundred more

Which one do you fix on Monday?

What we do instead

We show you the route.

  1. 1The internet reaches a server
  2. 2That server holds a key
  3. 3That key opens your database

Three warnings on that list. One way in. Close any single step and the route is gone.

Why this is different

Everyone else ranks by how bad it looks.

We rank by what it can actually reach. The same warning can be an emergency on one server and safe to ignore on another, and nothing else tells you which is which.

A list

Hundreds of problems, sorted by a label.

Defyve

The few that lead somewhere, and the fix.

Connecting us

One template. Ten minutes.

  • We only ever read, never change
  • Nothing gets installed on your servers
  • You can cut off access in one click

See it on your own cloud.

Thirty minutes. We connect one account and show you what is actually reachable, together.

Protect what an attacker can actually reach

Defyve maps your cloud, finds the weaknesses that chain into a real route to something worth stealing, and names the single change that breaks each one.

The problem

A severity column is not a priority list.

Scanners grade findings in isolation: this bucket is public, that role is broad, this database is unencrypted. None of them tells you those three are the same incident.

01

Severity ignores position

Trivial on an isolated subnet, urgent on an internet-facing host holding a production role. A static severity cannot tell them apart.

02

Public IP is not exposure

Most tools call an asset exposed the moment it has a public address. Without a security group admitting the traffic, it is not reachable.

03

Findings do not compose

An attacker chains a reachable host to a role to a secret. A flat list cannot show that item one matters because of item nine.

The platform

One graph, read by every part of the product.

Pick a capability to see what it does and what state it is in today. Nothing here is a roadmap item dressed up as a feature.

Agentless discovery

Connects in minutes, installs nothing

One read-only role and Defyve walks your estate through the cloud provider's own APIs — compute, network, identity and data. Nothing runs on your hosts, nothing sits in the path of production traffic, and there is no agent to patch.

  • EC2, VPC, security groups, subnets, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM
  • AWS and GCP today
  • No write permission is ever requested

How it works

Four stages, from empty account to ranked work.

You connect one read-only role. Defyve does the rest on a schedule and after every change worth re-checking.

STAGE 01

Connect

A CloudFormation stack creates one cross-account role with SecurityAudit and ViewOnlyAccess, locked to an external ID. Validated through STS before the first scan runs.

~5 minutes · read-only

STAGE 02

Discover

Inventory walks EC2, VPC, security groups, subnets, S3, RDS, Lambda and IAM, recording not just what exists but how each thing is reachable and what it is worth.

Agentless · API only

STAGE 03

Correlate

Assets and relationships become a graph. Posture checks are normalised onto it, then a search walks every route from an internet entry point to something worth stealing.

Hundreds of checks per account

STAGE 04

Prioritise

Each finding is rescored against its real context — exposure, criticality, whether it sits on a path — and comes back with the factors and a sentence explaining every one of them.

Every score is arguable

94

Cloud risk

One number the board understands, built from factors an engineer can dispute.

12

Attack paths

Routes to high-value targets, each with the controls that cut it.

5 / 7

Internet exposed

Reachability confirmed by security-group rules, not by a public IP alone.

4

Critical findings

Down from a raw scanner list that graded far more as urgent.

Figures from the Northwind Logistics demo tenant, generated by the live engines rather than written by hand.

See it working

The console, running on a real analysis.

Not a video and not a mockup. The demo tenant is seeded with seven assets and real posture findings, then the actual graph builder, path search and risk scorer run over them. What you see is what the engines produced.

  • 01Seven assets across compute, network, identity and data.
  • 02Twelve attack paths, each with the controls that cut it.
  • 03Cloud risk 94, built from factors you can open and dispute.
  • 04Two findings escalated by context, with the original severity still shown.

From demo to your own console

What happens after you book.

Four steps, about a week end to end. You are looking at your own estate in the console by step three — not a sales deck, and not our demo tenant.

  1. 1

    You book a call

Tell us roughly how many AWS or GCP accounts you run and what prompted the look. We reply within two working days with a time.

    Day 0
  2. 2

    You connect one account, read-only

A CloudFormation stack creates a single role with SecurityAudit and ViewOnlyAccess, behind an external ID. No write permission is requested. You can delete the role at any point and we lose access.

    ~5 minutes, on the call
  3. 3

The first scan runs, and you get your console

Inventory, posture, attack paths and risk scoring run over your real estate. You get a Super Admin account and add your own team with the roles you want them to have.

    Same day
  4. 4

    We walk the findings together

We go through what came back and you tell us where it is wrong. That hour is the most useful part of the engagement for us, and it is what design-partner pricing buys.

    Within the week

We are taking on a small number of design partners.

Early AWS teams who will point Defyve at a real account, tell us where it is wrong, and get the roadmap bent towards their estate. Hands-on onboarding, direct line to the people building it, and pricing that reflects the stage we are at.
